first be clear on the difference between a framework and a CMS. Drupal
is a CMS and ROR is a framework.
i want to develop the website which is very simple (mostly
informative)
just like companies websites. (no forum,wiki,content mgmt etc)
you need a CMS - wordpress is more than enough. (of course if you want
something secure, go for plone.
