I have just started to look at the server. One thing
I noticed was, the connection is too slow. When
monitoring using iptraf, I found the following stats
incoming rate: 43 kbits/sec
outgoing rate: 54 kbits/sec
Also, cs.annauniv.edu is not used frequently, so I am
wondering how the outgoing rate can be higher. In
iptraf, at that time, not cliets had connected to the
server, except for my ssh session. Is there anything
that I need to do to maintain a reasonable speed?
