can any one tell what is FOSS

when it wil be held for beginners to learn FOSS

can any one tell the FOSS for beginners to learn where it wil be conducted
in chennai  ?


am eager to learn new things  in linux and related foss projects

i want to say good bye to microsoft ! and i wish to welcome to linux as a
good platform to my system

is it possible ?
