Your collegue must've known your account's password (unless of
course, you had configured for password-less authentication which I
doubt was the case).
Where is an log created when using winSCP?
Is any special script is required to log this action?
Look into the log files /var/log/secure (and /var/log/messages or
/var/log/debug if needed) for entries like the one below:
Aug 31 20:36:14 sphynx sshd[7026]: Accepted password for root from
192.168.2.2 port 47811 ssh2
This should give you enough information about connections from remote
hosts and authorization information while using SSH protocol (scp
included).
