Next, you can just search for the right things on the web to get your
answers. For example, a search for "mounting windows partitions
centos" led me to this page:

I don't know if the hardware driver exists on your installation of
CentOS, but if you know the partition which contains Windows, the
remaining steps in that page should be straightforward.
