Dear all,
I have setup the NIS server and users are able to login in to NIS clients
..But they are not able to change the nis user password.
when they issue yppasswd command the following error comes.
yppasswd: yppasswdd not running on NIS master host
But doing an 'rpcinfo -u gamma yppasswd' gives
program 100009 version 1 ready and waiting
Even a 'ps -ae | grep ypp' gives
15129 ? 00:00:00 rpc.yppasswdd
Please suggest any solution.
