[jawsscripts] Adding navigation and links to user buffer

Hello friends, it is possible to add links to user buffer and perform
tasks we want, as I saw in skype scripts when in the chat window, but
don't know how to do that, is it also possible to add other navigation
such as headings, edit boxes or html lists?
if so, could you please guide me towards it or suggest me a well-written
document on JAWS user buffer features?
