Alright dang, if you are looking for more help, then using the script 
template, try finding out if the value changed event or
ProgressBarChangedEvent functions get trigurred, modify the correct 
function, checking for the handle for the window in question, and return 
without doing anything if the progress window is found and value changes.\

Hi Jitendra
I want to turn speech off because Jaws always say percentis when users press
the preview button. When I hit that button, I just want to hear what the
effect like, don't want to hear Jaws, so I think I should make an options
for people to toggle it. If I can do this, I'll add an options to the Jaws
quick setting
