Hi Geoff, This is the behavior I get whthin the web application without HotSpot Clicker The table consists of numbered support tickets. Jaws reports the items as being clickable. So, when I'm in virtual mode, I press enter on any parts of the numbered tickets without any response. I turn virtual mode off and then I can go double left click on the numbered ticket and it opens in a new internet window as it should. So, what I would need is for HotSpot clicker to find the non-static information, (I E the ticket number), and then double click on that.
