[jawsscripts] Beta 0.2 of Firefox Max scripts (extending JAWS support for Firefox)

Recent changes:
Changed the Download Urls from Clipboard command to Alt+Shift+D,
enhanced its functionality to show link text as well as urls, and
increased its documentation in the Downloading section.
Fixed the Clipboard to Text File and Clipboard Append to Text File
commands, Control+Apostrophe and Control+Shift+Apostrophe. Added
commands that do the reverse: Text File to Clipboard and Text File
Append to Clipboard, Control+T and Control+Shift+T. Similarly,
Control+I and Control+Shift+I are now for Input to Clipboard and Input
Append to Clipboard, prompting with an input box for text to be typed
and then placed on the clipboard, which may be useful for adding
explanatory notes about other clipboard text.
Added the Focusing section of documentation, explaining Control+Letter
and Control+Shift+Letter keys for focusing on areas of Firefox or
initiating tasks. Added an explanation of the ConfigNames.ini setting
in the Introduction section. Recommended other JAWS settings in the
Suggested Firefox Configuration section. Renamed the documentation
files to FxMax.txt and FxMax.htm.
