[jawsscripts] Can't Install HSC

Anybody have any ideas why I'm getting the following error 
message?  I'm trying to install HSC on a Win XP-sp3 JFW 11.0.1461 
system.

graphic 50  HSC, (Hot Spot Clicker Scripts), build 197 Setup
One or more files needed for the installation could not be 
extracted or compiled.Please make sure that your installer has not
been corrupted.
  This wizard will now quit.
OK

and yep i've re-downloaded the installer, looked all over for any 
remnants of previous versions etc.

Does anybody know how to reinstall HSC manually?
