I don't know if it is answered, but they are stored in
personalizedSettings\Domain.jsi
E.G. HJ.com.JSI
you can give this file to the users to put in the proper place to work, but
labels would work if page is not designed badly.
for example, outlook.com webmail page does not work well at my end with custom
labeling.

I've been lurking and learning a bit from this list but I've not encountered
this issue before.
I was given a web application to script to address some inadequacies in the
coding. I have come across a couple of odd situations, but, the one that is
most vexing is where I've added some custom labels to a couple of pages but I
cannot find where the labels are stored and whether they can be transferred to
end users along with the .jss, .jsb, .jkm, and .jsd files.
Where in the JAWS file structure are these labels stored?
