Hi Brian,

J12 has a bug that it only stores 1 highlight color assigned with the custom 
highlight assign feature.
You can check it by looking at the [highlight] section in the jcf file.
As far as I can tell this was solved in J13. Don't know which build, but 
build 1056 works ok.
