Hi Jim.

I heard in a basic training recording a while back that the the number you
get when you press Insert+Tab on the rate slider is the words per minute. I
played around a bit and find that the words per minute start at 40 and go up
11 words per minute for each 10 percent increase. HTH.

Subject: [jawsscripts] Eloquence Question

Hi,
Has anyone here ever been able to find out how Eloquence speaking rat
equates to words per minute? I seem to remember that Dec Talk speech a long
time ago would reflect a one to one relationship between the rate setting
and words per minute.
Thanks.

Jim
