Your first line, the script declaration, should only have one set of
parenthesis"()". The line should be:
Script TypeMyName ()
The best way to make sure these declarations are correct is to use the JAWS
Script Manager to create it for you. Go to an open area in the file, such as
the bottom of the file. Select the "New script..." (Control + e) in the
Script menu. When you type in the name of your script, do not add the
parenthesis. For scripts, check the "Can be attached to keystroke"
checkbox. Leave this unchecked for functions. The synopsis is a short
description that will be heard during keyboard help or when inserting a
function call from the menus.
