[jawsscripts] Function to return everything in virtual buffer?

Hi everyone
 

Is there a function please to return everything JAWS sees on a web page,
I.E. everything as seen by the virtual cursor? I could get the body of the
HTML but in this particular case I'd like everything JAWS has reformatted to
the virtual environment.
