Confirmed:  SetJCFOption does not change the disk.  I never tried to
prove one way or the other for SetDefaultJCFOption, but from this
discussion, I suspect it doesn't change the disk either.
SetDefaultJCFOption, if it doesn't change a JCF, probably does still
survive through application focus switches though.
