[jawsscripts] Government-based software

I have been hired into a position with the USA government. They use software
called vista, which uses a commandline interface. For the most part, it is a
ssh session into the main server. Unfortunately, JAWS fails to automatically
read any text that scrolls on the screen. Is there a way around this
problem?
