[jawsscripts] How to activate built-in logging?

Hi everybody,

I would like to use the SayDebugger () function to log sayings, but I 
don't know how to switch the say debugger log  on. Could it tell me 
somebody?
How can I use the Say function with the OT_DEBUG parameter at all? What 
do you need to set up for it?
