Are you able to tell us if the applications you wish to customize / script
are Javascript, Java Applets or Java Applications?
In short, Java Applets really cannot be made accessible because of how they
present their controls to the browser / operating system. Java Applications
"may" be customizable with scripts, but much of the accessibility of a Java
application has to do with the GUI tools that the application developer has
used in designing the application.
