Lee, Without seeing the application it's difficult to say precisely. JAWS has many commands to emulate mouse movement, so theoretically it should be at least worth taking a crack at. JAWS also has functions to acquire window text, some of them may announce the whole thing, rather than what's just visible. As Rui points out, cursor shape might be another avenue of approach. Hi all, Just wondering if it is possible without using the mouse to expand window views. Bit difficult to explain. However, I have an application where the default only shows the start of a word in a line. With the mouse it is possible to drag the window wider do show the whole word. Example I see n..... when you drag it wider a word like nearly would appear. Does that make sense?
