[jawsscripts] JSX error

I have windows 7 64 bit and have used JSX a few months ago but tried today
and got the following error:
Error: WBT - jsx.exe
Error: C:\jsx\jsx.exe
1590: FileDelete: File could not be deleted
On line 529 of C:\jsx\jsx.wbt
In Routine "packagescripts"

Ok Traceback More Error Info
Has anyone else used this program lately and gotten this error?
