Hi Jian,
May be a bit obvious, but, till somebody comes up with something better,
just run jaws from the shortcut key at the moment. Had a similar prob years
ago, wouldn't work properly in word.
I know it's a couple of key strokes and a nuisance, but, at least you don't
get frustration in the middle of doing something.

Hi all,
When using Jaws 11 the latest build, Jaws crashes when ever I try to load
anything to do with a dialog box. For example, if I do an Insert+J,
Insert+F11, or Insert+F10 Jaws becomes non responsive and I have to shut it
down and restart it. This only happens when Jaws is running as a service.
If I just restart Jaws 11 from a hotkey that is not a service, Jaws runs
fine. Any ideas?
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but that did not work either.
Please help if you can. THANKS!
