You mean multiple script or multiple version of Jaws? This installer support
for install scripts into multiple Jaws, but if you know how to scripting with
Nullsoft, you can modify for installing multiple script. I have an installer
created by me, that can install multiple script, but I'm not sure that I can
explain it for you. If you'd like to try, please e-mail me off list

sorry but i downloaded and tried but in this i did not find
instalation of multiple scripts.
