Ok--I understand better now what you're trying to do. You'll need to
write a script & assign it to the keystroke you desire. The following
script is an example of how to assign the volume control of ITunes,
which is ctrl up, to alt insert up arrow instead. Please let me know
if this helps or not.

;alt JawsKey up arrow

typekey("ctrl+uparrow")
