If you copied examples 3 and 4 rather than re-typing them you appear to have mistyped things. I was then expecting the following file organization: <user_script_directory>\my_script.jss <user_script_directory>\custom_dir\custom_script1.jss <user_script_dir>\custom_dir\custom_script2.jss With the following in <user_script_dir>\my_script.jss: Use "custom_dir\\custom_script1.jsb" I would expect that if your script is in a file outside the usual jaws script directories then you would need to use fully qualified paths. I am also not aware whether it is actually possible to run the script compiler by any method other than running the script editor and saving the script file.
