Thank you all. These are all great suggestions I would have never thought of. I'm going to wait a little more in case there might be a couple more suggestions coming through before asking a couple of follow-up questions.

Take a look at the GetListOfObjects and GetObjectInfoByName functions.
Together, these functions can enable you to view and manipulate the
objects contained within a given window handle.

that we run jaws in labeled graphic. Witch makes it ruff when
searching for graphics when jaws is told not to see them.
