I don't believe anybody replied to this. I would expect the only possibility would be to schedule a script and since the application focus changed you might need to put the scheduled script into the default.jss to ensure it is accessible. Any possibility of changing the event called on focus change and looking at the previous item and if it is a VoiceMail message then do a focus switch to the main Verizon window? My scripts can now open the voice mail list and move through the items. I can use the Applications key to choose an action for the item. There is a Delete option, which brings up a conformation message. When the dialog disappears,, JAWS loses focus. JAWS 9 and 10 both respond, "No window is active", to any key pressed. Is there any way for my scripts to get around this and return to the list with the same item selected?
