If you have a uia.jsh file in your JAWS user folder, delete it. Do not delete
or modify anything in the JAWS shared folder. The user folder
is the one that opens with Explore JAWS, Explore My Settings.

Try downloading and running the installer again. I just now reverted to an
older Nullsoft version to see if that addresses a few different

Using JAWS 2018 latest with Windows 10 pro latest. Yes, I have run the
script installer as administrator.
