[jawsscripts] Re: OCRSnapObject Failing!

I still do not seem to get this object registered! When those who get my
preliminary script to work, does it announce that there is 1 page in the
snapshot? my script always returns 0 pages. I do not get any errors.
However, if I run the script a second time, it gets to the part where it
announces that the screen image has been captured, then JAWS stops. Does
this mean the object is still not registered?
In an attempt to perform the one time registration I did the following:
1. open a Windows Explorer window where the MODI library resides,
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\MODI\12.0".
2. Press backspace and select "12.0". Press Shift + Applications, then
press Enter on "Open a command line window here".
3. Type in:
regsvr32 MDIVWCTL.DLL
I got no errors when I did these steps. Is that all that is required for
the first type of one time registration you mentioned? Is there a way to
see which libraries are registered?
I assume the second type of registration you mentioned, done with each
function is the JAWS script call:
Let oDoc = CreateObjectEx ("MODI.Document", False)
Is that all that is necessary for the second type of registration you
mentioned?
Note this is the first call of this type and it does not fail, shouldn't my
second slightly different attempt be within an Else clause, and the third
attempt be eliminated, sincwe it would just be redundant anyway?
