Thanks for the feedback!  I will immediately make the corrections to the 
manual instructions text file.
Your feedback also reminds me of two changes to the script that are probably 
necessary.
1.  Add a an additional announcement when displaying the text that both the 
tempory Word document window and the Office Document Imaging Tool window 
need to be closed when finished!  I will look into something more desirable 
in the future.
2.  I should change the Insert+Printscreen keymap to JAWSKey+PrintScreen so 
it will work correctly for Laptop layouts.  Will the JAWSKey nomenclature 
confuse novices?

I will post all corrections as OCRSnapshot version 1.1 soon.

I always wondered why screen readers did not have this capability built-in!
