Yes, you can. If you have some flexible web settings, than you can copy
also the FlexibleWeb.db file to "import" your web settings.

I've installed the new JAWS 2021 on my computer. I've tried to export from
JAWS 2020 into JAWS 2021 my internet placemarkers using the export/import
feature in JAWS, but this utility is failing me, in fact, it's always failed
me. I'm thinking some 3500 placemarkers is too many for the JAWS
Export/Import feature to handle.
Can I simply copy the placemarkers folder from the JAWS 2020 ENU folder into
JAWS 2021?
Here's the path to the placemarkers folder:
C:\Users\Name\AppData\Roaming\Freedom
Scientific\JAWS\2020\Settings\enu\Placemarkers
