Flex is some kind of an application platform based on Macromedia Flash. It is
a combination of XML and a scripting language similar to JavaScript which lets
you design highly interactive applications that run in a web browser.

lolololololl, you don't know how many times I have opened a post from one of
these lists and thought "your running 'whothewhattaheydahoo?' and had either to
ask or wait until something in the topic clarified or someone, including me,
ask what the program was for! smile
it's like when you dive head first into the main jaws scripts folder, I'm
always going "and what is this set for? and that one", and so on and so forth.

I am trying to install the jaws scripts for Flex 1.5/2.0 provided on the
Adobe website. When I select Jaws 7.1 or 8.0 in the displayed list, I get a
message that the scripts cannot be installed because the files cannot be backed
up. If I go to the user settings directory for Jaws, I see some flex related
script files. I think I have a bad installation. Any help to install these
scripts for Jaws 7.1 or 8.0 is really appreciated.
