[jawsscripts] Problem with file browse control in a web page

Recently I was checking a page for accessibility. We encountered the
following problem.
In this application a user is asked to select a file using the browse
file input type. I can provide a html document which uses this control
for anyone who is interested. Jaws sees this control as one control and
does not speak the button when tabbing to it. Is this a known issue for
Jaws? Do you know of any techniques or work arounds that will allow us
to make this accessible for Jaws users? I tried out this page using
"System Access" and it worked perfectly.
I have sent this problem to the FS support email account but have as
yet heard nothing.
