I do not know of any way to have a modifier key by itself start a script or 
trigger any other event function.  You should be able to check the state of 
a modifier key with the GetKeyState function.  This is slightly more 
difficult since this check will have to be performed every time the key is 
expected or periodically without getting stuck in an endless loop or impact 
performance.
