[jawsscripts] Script versioning

Good morning for everybody!

I have just studied the default.jss file in version 11 of JAWS and at 
the very begining of the file I have found 2 interesting lines. There are:

;Do not localize this header information:
ScriptFileVersion 11
ScriptFile "Freedom Scientific Default Script"

Could somebody tell me what they are for? What are they used by? Are 
they for script versioning? If yes, how does it working?
