Last thing I did like that I just ignored the stuff that wasn't going to be
possible like being able to tell who was ringing or accessing the included
phone book and just concentrated on making as simple a set of keystrokes as
possible to perform the basic functions.
A lot of the time that can mean clicking at points and checking for spot
colours but if you can't get reliable text this is often as good as it gets.

Hi all,
I'm faced with scripting an NEC softphone system. Everything is graphical on
the screen. Has anyone dealt with this sort of system before/does anyone have
any general advice on the best way to get around things?
Any help appreciated.
Kind regards
Sean.
