a frame to do this should've worked. they have for me in the past.

did you successfully debug the frame criteria to make sure it was being
fired/was considered active?
in order to then do it's job of silencing text written to it?

i.e. if it's validation criteria in Tab control 2 of frame properties, is
not satisfied correctly, the frame won't be valid, and it won't do it's
silencing job eh.
