I have not noticed this exact behavior, but I have noticed that it appears
W10 is running some sort of integrity check when copying and pasting or
cutting and pasting. If you move a large file(s), you will hear the
percentage of the process, but towards the end of the process you will not
hear anything for a bit. If you then use the jaws cursor to read the screen,
you will find it stays stuck at 99% for a bit, but then it always completes.
If in fact Windows 10 is running an integrity check, I'm ok with it, but if
its something else, then I'm not sure what's happening.

I have noticed that sometimes JAWS will speak the percentage of completion
in the copy or move dialogs in Windows 10, and sometimes it won't. Any ideas
on this? Is my problem a screen resolution or color setting, or do I need to
get my hands dirty (ha ha) and write a script for it?
