Hi John,
In JAWS Script exists 3 customizable fucntions to handle focus changes.
They are the followints:
HandleCustomAppWindows, HandleCustomRealWindow, HandleCustomFocusWindow.
You have to look in default.jss for the following functions to gain
ideas to handle things:
FocusChangedEvent, ProcessEVentOnFucusChangedEvent, and the above
mentioned 3 ones. I use every thime these functions to handle focus
changes on my way.

I'm working with a stand alone emr application called MediTech. Its various__________
screens display data in their title bars. When moving from one screen to
the next, if the data in the title bar is unchanged Jaws speaks nothing. If
the title bar data changes between the 2 screens Jaws speaks it. I need to
determine which default Jaws function controls this behavior. I've
experimented with NewTextEvent and its helpers with no luck. Does anyone
have any suggestions? This is Windows 7 and Jaws 17.
