Steve,
I scripted Band-in-a-Box to speak some pop up tool tips. What I did was to
overwrite the WindowCreatedEvent function to speak the contents of a
specific window type that popped up. To figure out which window was popping
up and it's type/class, I put a SayString function in the WindowCreatedEvent
function. Once I knew the type/class of the window that was popping up for
these tips I just had to put in an if statement and look for that window
being created. If that type of window appeared I spoke it's contents.
Don't know if Samplitude is creating these tips the same way or if this
method will work, but it worked for BIAB.

Hi. I'm experimenting with some available tooltips in this program, but just
wanted to know if there's a way to get jaws to speak these tooltips as I
mouse over the controls? I've noticed there's a tooltips function, but it
requires 2 parameters, and it doesn't go through the wizard to tell you what
parameters it needs. So, anyone know how I can get these tooltips speaking?
