[jawsscripts] Trigger Document Loaded Event

I'm writing a Flash/Flex application that needs to be accessible. My
application has something equivalent to IE's loading a new document.
Does anyone have any ideas on how I can send an MSAA event from my
application that can be grabbed by a custom Jaws script to tell the Jaws
script to SayAll similar to IE loading a new page.
