[jawsscripts] Use "Internet Explorer.jsb" doesn't work

In Windows XP, Jaws 9.0.2169:
Does anyone know why adding the statement:
Use "Internet Explorer.jsb"
to the MicroSoft Excel script file causes a compile error?
I suspect it's a bug since the compile error states: SayObjectTypeAndText
requires 0 parameters not 1, which is incorrect and in any case is unrelated
to the Use statement.
Looking for confirmation.
