If something focusable is there, you can focus to it, perhaps you can't a
paragraph etc.

I would like to use PerformActionOnElementWithID to move the virtual cursor
to a specific element. I have tried this function with the action_SetFocus
parameter but it is not working. O can find the element and fsID with
oMSXML just fine. Note that this is an element that cannot be tabbed to so
I'm not sure if that is why the method is failing. I just want to put the
virtual cursor on this specific element
