Recent changes:
Removed debugging code that was copying information to the clipboard
when a message was opened with Enter. Improved technique that
identifies attachments. Fixed Control+U not being attached to the
UnmarkMessageAsJunk script in virtual mode. Fixed JAWSKey+Tab not
saying the tutor message related to the focused control. Fixed
Control+M not working in the address book (a native Thunderbird hotkey
for starting a mail message to the current contact). Made Escape abort
the address book. Removed double speaking of a list message that could
occur after pressing Escape to close it.
