Recent changes:

Thanks go to Pratik Patel for an analysis that has led to enhanced 
threaded information in message list mode.  If messages are threaded and 
either the current thread is collapsed or focus is on its first item, 
the scripts will say "Thread" and the number of items in the thread.  If 
there are unread items in the thread, the scripts will then say "Unread" 
and that number.  If there is only one item in the thread, threaded 
information is not spoken, since the scripts will still say if the 
current message is unread.

Use the * key to expand all threads, or the \ key to collapse them.  Use 
right arrow or left arrow to expand or collapse an individual thread.

Eliminated links in the table of contents of ThunderbirdScripts.htm that 
now only apply in ThunderbirdGuide.htm.

Note that a script problem that has not been debugged is a lockup that 
can sometimes happen if you press up arrow a couple of times when 
already at the top of a message composition area.  If you do this and 
lose speech, Alt+Tab away and then back to restore it.
