Without further knowledge I would suspect these values are the windows API style and extended style values respectively. My quick look at the values returned for the Bits and ExBits values of the file type combo in the standard file open dialog would seem to bear out this suspicion. That being the case it is unlikely that the bits or ExBits value will help you uniquely identify a window.
