if you added them to the WLM default file, then you make notation of such in 
the header of the file where freedom scientific has it's notations, then 
copy and utilize the default file as a whole.

something like "Modified on {date} by {your name}"
"and maybe some real short notations on your modifications"

I know scant little about file mergers so you will need to talk to someone 
more advanced than I in this area, which, there seems to be one out here so 
ask away, smile
