[jawsscripts] Re: automating commands to extract info from web site?

With these Visual Basics you could not only retrieve information from the
Web, you can manipulate it and analyze it as well. If you start dreaming of
'inventing' a new Day Trader Automated System, these macros will not be
enough. They are written in very tight assembler to make trades uncannily
quick and break the market!

For simple retrieval, that can fill in individual cells and write normal
Excel calculations, I think the Web Query or Web external data features
would best fit your needs and be the simplest.

PS I took the time to look this up because it is a very powerful feature of
Excel. I use Excel a lot, but never investigated this feature.

There is just so much stuff in the world that, to me, is devoid of any real
substance, value, and content that I just try to make sure that I am working
on things that matter.
