[jawsscripts] function say formatted message with voice

Hello friends, in some scripts ship with JAWS, I saw a function named:
SayFormattedMessageWithVoice, so I want to know what this function is,
because
when I tried it from the insert function dialog, The script manager
said: "Invalid function name. so what is this mistery? Please throw
some lite on it friends.
